The little things matter. Don't underestimate the power of small actions. By focusing on the little things, you can make a big difference in your business. There is a great story about starfish. There was a man walking along a beach after a storm. He sees that the beach is covered in starfish that have been washed up on shore. The man knows that the starfish will die if they are not returned to the ocean, but there are thousands of them. He feels overwhelmed and wonders what he can do. Then, he sees a young boy picking up starfish and throwing them back into the ocean. The man asks the boy why he is doing it, and the boy replies, "Because it makes a difference."
